MISSION STATEMENT
Gerhardt Family Homes is a real estate investment company focused on buy and hold real estate investments in Spokane WA and Western WA. We buy homes in need of repair, complete renovations and rent out to residents in the local market. We aspire to build a large portfolio of single family and small multifamily homes that create value through appreciation and cash flow. We want to be a provider of comfortable, quality homes for renters in our select markets.

Where Are We Going?
Gerhardt Family Homes purchased and renovated their first home in Q4 2019. We are continuing to search for and build relationships with Real Estate Professionals working in the Spokane market. We are actively looking to buy additional homes that meet our buying criteria and present the opportunity for at least 15% cash on cash returns. We seek out opportunities where sellers will benefit from the sale of their home regardless of current condition.
